National Good Neighbor Day Book List @ Sussex County Library System.

September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day. This national holiday was signed into law in 1978 by President Jimmy Carter. Since then, people have been celebrating this holiday in big and small ways around the country. In celebration of this holiday, we have compiled a reading list of great "reads" focused on neighborhood topics. This list for suitable for children and teens.
