IACP Cookbook Award Winners

The IACP Cookbook Awards are presented annually to honor excellence in cookbook writing and publishing. They were previously called "Tastemaker's" awards. It maintains its high level, technical review process and is considered one of the most prestigious award programs in the culinary industry.
