STEM Books for Children and Young Adults

The books on this list would pair nicely with almost any STEM program or activity such as STEM storytime, or a STEM or STEM Jr. program. Many of these books are recommended by the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) for children and young adults or have been acknowledged as The Best Books of the Year for 2026 by the Bank Street College of Education, Children's Book Committee.
